In the courtyard building, a shared ski maintenance room for the apartments, with a lubrication iron and a table. Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 additional beds from the sofa bed in the living room. Apartments 3 & 4 have a common hallway, from which access to the apartment. In the house's common outdoor storage room, 2 bicycles and a plastic sled are shared. In addition, 1 high chair and 1 children's travel bed (incl. mattress + blanket + bed linen) can be rented, shared with other apartments.
