60km West of Oulu, 100 m of Bothnian Bay, shallow sandy beach in shared use, no boat available. Three-storey holiday apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2012. Downstairs living room with sofabed for 2 person, bathroom (with toilet) and electric sauna as well as glazed terrace. In the middle floor combined kitchen-livingroom , toilet and balcony. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and 2 beds. Fireplace in the apartment is not in use.

Apartment with a good quality, located in the area of 40 apartments. Apartment is located by the sea, in the western part of the island of Hailuoto. Near by there are cabins of Rantasumppu and Hotel Luotsihotelli with it's services. Own bed linen & towels must be brought along. Island of Hailuoto is located in Bothnian Bay, near by the city of Oulu. During summer time there is a ferry connection (free of charge) every half an hour from Oulunsalo to Hailuoto and it lasts about half an hour. During winter there is also ferry connection, but not so often. Distance from Oulu to the ferry harbour is about 25 km and distance from Oulu airport to the ferry harbour about 20 km. You can reach Hailuoto also by bus from Oulu. Optical fiber broadband access and individual WiFi/wireless internet connection, that can be used also on the terraces of tha apartment and on all floors.

  Viihtyisä ja siisti loma-asunto meren äärellä. Viihdyimme hyvin. Parivuode oli erityisen hyvä. Oli mukava aterioida parvekkeella katsellen merta ja kuunnellen meren ääniä. Ranta on pitkälle matala. Rantaa pitkin lyhyt kävelymatka Luotsihotellille, kahviloihin ja majakalle. Retkeilyreitti lähtee heti vierestä. Minulla oli mukana polkupyörä, jolla oli hyvä tutustua saareen.

  We appreciated that the townhouse was a short walk from the beach and Marjaniemi. The unit itself, was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the enclosed sunroom that opened to a deck. Perfect place to grill on the deck and sit in sunroom. We also appreciated the quick response from the managing staff whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.
