48 km northeast of Lahti, Lake Kotajärvi 25 m (length 1 km, width 0,3 km) hard, sloping sandy beach, no boat, no pier, but a small platform in the water for jumping about 15 m from the beach. Wooden villa, built in 2008 (renovated and expanded 2017), kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom no 1 double bed, bedroom no 2 bunk bed, bedroom no 3 double bed, bedroom no 4 two beds, bedroom no 5 bunk bed, bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, utility room. Separate sauna building on the shore with electric Iki stove (approx. 150 kg stones), shower in the steam room. There is a living room with two beds under which 2 extra beds that can be pulled out (sauna's living room can be the 6th bedroom). In the yard there is a large open terrace with a dining table for 10, gas grill, charcoal grill and an electric fish smoker. In addition, an outdoor toilet. There is no bed linen rental or final cleaning service available at this destination, so the customer must bring their own sheets and towels and perform a thorough final cleaning of all premises on the day of departure.

Villa Cota is a high standard and modern rental villa. The villa is recommended for maximum 10 people, but the maximum number of people can be exceeded by four if upper bunk beds and extra beds in sauna's living room are also used. In that case, please enter the actual number of people in the "Additional information" section of your reservation, thank you. The villa has a SUP board available, and there are life jackets for both children and adults. In the yard there is a large lawn area with a trampoline and a small soccer goal. There is also karaoke device. Heinola 2,5 km, traffic sounds can be heard at times. Heila's small food market 5 km, Vierumäki Sports Institute 25 km, Lahti 44 km, Messilä 55 km, Helsinki 147 km.
