Accommodation information

Cabin on the shore of lake Koitere in a quiet location. Ala-Koitajoki camping area nearby. 76 km to the northeast from Joensuu, lake Koitere 25 m (163.667 km²), a low gently sloping child friendly beach. At the end of the pier approx. 2 m, private beach, pier, and boat with an electric motor. In addition, there is a wooden boat shared with the neighbor. The boat is located on the border of the plots and can be used whenever it is free. The owner rents a motorboat with a 30 hp engine for an additional price. Log cabin 1997. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, double bed and 3 beds in the spacious loft (50 m²), wood-heated sauna, glazed porch, balcony. Child gates at the top of the loft stairs. Airfryer in the kitchen. Wi-Fi 4G. A lean-to on the beach. In winter, you need a 4-wheel drive vehicle due to the hillines of the cottage road.

An electric motor is used for the boat, as well as a fishing rod, fishing traps, and net. The owner rents a motorboat with a 30 hp engine for an additional price. Pets are strictly prohibited, as the owner's family has allergies. An electric car can be charged from a power outlet. Please agree on the payment in advance with the owner. The nearest ski trails are in Uimaharju. Ala-Koitajoki camping area 6 km, departure from Hiiskoski. Patvinsuo National Park 40 km and Petkeljärvi National Park 60 km. The center of Ilomantsi 40 km, Uimaharju 28 km, Lieksa 67 km, Koli 76 km. Reservations start at 16:00 and end at 12:00 on the day of departure.
