Cabin by the wilderness lake Vaikkojärvi and its surroundings offer an opportunity for relaxation and immersion in nature. 106 km to the north from Joensuu, Lake Vaikkojärvi (7.19 km²) 15 m, private beach, shallow sanded bottom, own boat, and life jackets. Log cabin (20 m²) built in 2016. The living room/kitchen features a spreadable sofa and the loft (12 m²) has 2 thick mattresses. In addition, there is a terrace between the cabin and the sauna. The kitchen has drainage but no running water (decorative faucet). Drinking water can be taken by from a spring about 200 m away or brought along. The lake water has been tested potable in 2020. Access to the sauna is through the terrace. The sauna (5 m²) is equipped with a wood-burning sauna stove, and water needs to be carried from the lake.

Mökin saunassa tuli todella ihanat löylyt. Mökki oli tunnelmallinen ja maanläheinen. Mökki sijaitsi kauniilla luonnonmukaisella tontilla.

Mökki vastasi odotuksia. Mökki oli simppeli, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Saunan ja mökin välinen tila oli toimiva varsinkin huonommalla säällä. Saunasta kivat näkymät järvelle. Siistit tilat, erinomaiset löylyt saunassa, hyvä uimapaikka, parvella hyvät patjat. Sopii mainiosti perinteiseen mökkeilyyn ja luonnossa rauhoittumiseen (ei luxusta).
