Mäki-Kortesmaa is a large brick-clad farmhouse (built in 1983) located in the village of Sara, Karvia, in Northern Satakunta, near the Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park. The house features three bedrooms, each with two beds. The fireplace room includes a sofa bed that converts into an additional bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, suitable for two people. There is a separate kitchen, as well as a living/dining room with a spacious dining set and sofa. The house also has a separate WC, a sauna with an electric stove, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room equipped with a mangle and washing machine. A kettle grill is available, with a starter pack of charcoal and lighter fluid provided. For multiple grilling sessions, guests are expected to purchase additional supplies. There is also a grill hut in the parking area, perfect for roasting sausages and other treats. An illuminated fitness/ski trail is located about 300 meters from the house.

The spacious yard features a lawn in the backyard, while the gravel-paved front yard offers ample parking space for several cars. The yard receives plenty of sunlight. The yellow house next door is not in use. The nearest neighbor is a 60 meters away. The shore of Lake Karvianjärvi is approximately 850 meters away, and a rowing boat is available for use. The nearest swimming beach, Sara's Beach, is located 5 km away. This beach features a shallow, sandy bottom, a beach volleyball court, a covered cooking area, and an outdoor toilet.
