Practical, well-equipped wooden cottage by the Lake Pyhäjärvi in Kitee. Slope with steps to the beach. Cottage is located in a beautiful panoramic location surrounded with pine trees. 6 trolling rods and permits for these are included in the price (you have to still pay personal fisheries management fee). The price includes electric car charging, there is a 11 kWh Type 2 electric car charging station. 75 km south of Joensuu, Lake Pyhäjärvi 50 m (248 km²), own beach with rapidly deepening sandy, partly rocky bottom, jetty. Rowing boat with an electric motor and Suomi-rowing boat with a 10 hp motor with electric start. Beach faces south-west. Wooden cottage 2010, kitchen, living room (convertible sofa for 2 people), bedroom with double bed, washroom and sauna (elect. stove). Covered and tiled terrace, air source heat pump and underfloor heating, wireless internet access. Lakeside sauna and a separate outbuilding for the summer period (double bed, electric heating and lighting). There is also a baby crib and high chair for children.

Practical, well-equipped wooden cottage by the Lake Pyhäjärvi in Kitee. Slope with steps to the beach. Cottage is located in a beautiful panoramic location surrounded with pine trees. Charcoal grill and electric smoker box. Trampoline. WLAN and HDMI connecting cable which allows you to connect your laptop to TV. Cottage is not suitable for small children and for disabled because of the slope to the beach is steep. In winter contact to snow mobile routes. The tap water has smell because of manganese, but the water has examined and found to be drinkable. Lakeside sauna is not available in winter and when there are frost in the ground. Distance to Pajarinhovi spa, zoological park and restaurant 5 km. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
