Clean and well equipped holiday apartment with a magnificent location in the center of Äkäslompolo. All necessary services are nearby. All necessary services and activities such as shops, restaurants, nature and ski slopes are within walking distance. Perfect destination for people travelling without a car. This spacious 53 m² apartment has living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with 2 single beds, sauna, washroom, separate WC, drying cabinet and furnished balcony facing south (view over the fells). There are own machines for washing and drying in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for families and small groups as all the rooms are on the same level. You have also one parking space with wall outlet and storage for hobby equipment. The apartment is located on the second/top floor of the building. At the same time it is a corner apartment with the views to two directions.

Reservations start on Saturdays during weeks 36-39, 52-2 and 8-17. During other time, there are also shorter or longer rental periods available. Please note, that then a minimum rental period is 3 nights. To ensure the comfort of your holiday, bed linen is pre-made and included in the rental price. Final cleaning is included in the price as well. In the same building, there are YlläsAvain (company) office and Suklaaruusu bakery. Services of these companies are easily accessible. Please, notice that reservation begins at 18.00 and ends at the latest at 10.00.
From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.

Mainio asunto keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvin hiljainen, vaikka Äkäslompolon liikenne menee aivan vierestä. Kaikissa makuuhuoneissa pimennysverhot, mistä iso plussa.
