A cozy old log cabin with tasteful decor, situated near the services of Koli. The decor successfully blends new and old elements, and the same style continues in the spacious nostalgic yard. There is no visual contact with the neighbor. In the summer, the cabin can accommodate up to 5 people. Located 78 km north of Joensuu, the cabin was built in 1936. It was fully renovated in 2024, during which an entrance hall, a WC, and a shower were also added. The cabin's exterior walls are timber-clad, while the interior features partial log finishing. The cabin features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed for one person (the width of the sofa when extended is 125 cm). Additionally, there is a separate WC and a shower, as well as the entrance hall. Water is supplied to the cabin from a drilled well, which has not yet been tested. The yard includes a traditional outdoor sauna, with water carried from the tap next to the cabin’s exterior door. Next to the sauna is a compost toilet. The summer cabin has a double bed and is available from June 1 to August 30. The yard features a patio with a table and seating for 6 people.
The Koli ski slopes are 11 km away. The nearest ski trail is 50 m from the cabin, but may only be open during the ski holidays. The Kortelahti road from the direction of Loma-Koli is not plowed in winter, so access is via Niinilahdentie during that season. The swimming dock at Käränkälampi is 1.4 km away. The sandy beach at Häkinlahti on Lake Pielinen is 2.6 km away, and Koli Camping's sandy beach is 3.2 km away. Reservations start at 16:00 and end at 12:00 on the day of departure.

Todella viihtyisä pikku mökki, hyvin rauhallisella paikalla. On myös ladun varrella. Kaikki toimi ja pihasauna on aivan loistava. Erityiskiitos leipä uunista ja siihen oikein mitoitetuista koivuhaloista. Voi lämpimästi suositella.
