Cottage located among luxuriant green fields, extensive grassy yard. Owner’s other rental cottage (no. 6962) is 350 m away. HOT TUB USE ONLY 1.5.-30.9 (not for winter time!) Hot tub for rent from the owner. Hot tube available for rent, payment per reservation (owner fills and guests heat it themselves) + 50 e water change, if needed. Owner rents out outboard motor (2.5 hp), bicycles and ATV (quad bike). ‘Karvisen Kissanpäivät’ domestic animal yard 3 km. Pietinlahden villisikatarha (wild boar farm) 1 km. Guided farm tours (lasting half an hour to an hour), local wild boar for sale . Pärnävaara 15 km, Liperi 13 km, Joensuu 25 km, Koli 80 km. SEVERAL NATIONAL PARKS: Kolovesi (about 75 km), Ruunaankoski and Patvinsuo (about 100 km).

Siisti ja rauhallinen paikka. Sauna oli tosi hyvä ja saunapuut kuivia. Pihamaa tosi kaunis ja hyvin hoidettu. Ilmatkin suosi, oli kaikin puolin onnistunut syysloma.

Saunassa makoisat löylyt.Sauna lämpeni nopeasti.Lasitettu kuisti oli mukava ja koirakin viihtyi siinä hyvin.Pikkuinen tekolampi oli mukava kun vesistöä ei ollut lähellä.
