Peacefully and nicely located small cabin at sunny western shore of the lake Pitkäjärvi in Nuuksio. Distance to the lake only 5 m. The cabin has living room / kitchen, where sleeping area with double bed (140x200 cm), sleeping alcove with door and window: bunk bed (mattresses 70 x 190), vestibule, wood-fired sauna and washroom. No water supply, washing water can be taken from the lake. The water can be heated by an electric water heater. The owner brings 10 liters of drinking water at the beginning of the booking. In the yard there is an outdoor toilet and covered cooking area with furnishing and gas grill. Access to the cabin is via steep slope and stairs, the destination is not suitable for people having reduced mobility or for small children. Lake Pitkäjärvi in Nuuksio 5 m, you can go for swimming along the concrete-built stairs. Quite hard bottom. 2 sub-boards, canoe and 3 different sizes life jackets can be used freely.

Neighboring Nuuksio National Park offer many things to see and do. You can easily explore the surrounding area by canoe.   We enjoyed this lovely place and had so much fun exploring the lake with the SUPs and the canoe. Even on rainy days it was nice because we had the sauna and the living room was so cozy that it was nice to spend some time there with a wonderful lake view through the big window. The cabin and surroundings were even nicer than we expected.

  Mökki oli oikein mukava ja lämmin ja aivan ihanalla paikalla. Juoksevaa vettä ei ollut ja se taisi olla se ainoa, jota piti miettiä vähän enemmän. Jännitystä lisäsi yöllä ulkovessassa käynti.
