High-quality semi-detached apartment (50 m²) in a beautiful location right by fairway 10 (2-4 persons). Large open kitchen, living room for spending time together. Dining can accommodate up to 8 people at the same time. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa that can be folded out. The spacious sauna and washing facilities complement the comfortable whole. A connecting door to the adjacent Klubi-Kymppi apartment allows you to accommodate a larger group The equipment is very good and the apartment is well suited for two or four people. The terrace view over the fairway to Lake Oulujärvi adds to the atmosphere and creates a wonderful environment for relaxation.

Paltamo Golf offers a unique experience for holidays surrounded by stunning scenery and a golf course. In winter, there is a trail on the ice of the lake, which is maintained by the municipality and the village committee. Places to visit throughout the year, e.g. Giant Land 25 km, Spa Katinkulta about 40 km and one of the highest waterfalls in Finland Hepoköngäs 66 km. In winter, the slopes of Vuokatti are 44 km and Paljakka 42 km. In summer, Lake Oulujärvi's most famous place to visit, Manamasalo 43 km away, and the Meteli Toy Museum, located within walking distance, stop. Big beach 200 m, where you will also find a summer kiosk. Two hundred meters away there is also Paltamo golf's restaurant where you can get ala carte food. Here you can also get a golf green fee at a special price. For shopping, you can visit Kajaani, 34 km away, where you will also find several museums, a swimming hall and e.g. Ruins of Kajaani Castle.

Huoneisto oli tilava ja sijaitsi aivan Oulun järven rannalla todella rauhallisella paikalla. Vierailumme oli talvella, joten nautimme hiihtelyistä ja kävelyistä alueella.
