Holiday home details

70 km to the west from Tampere, close to the center of Lavia, on the north shore of lake Naaranen, a large, 174m² log cabin which can comfortably accommodate two families. This property consists of two separate cabins, connected by a covered and fully glazed porch area, which offers dining space even for larger groups.

The newer cabin part, 95m², has two floors and was completed in 2021. Bright living room with a heat storing fireplace.
On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, induction hot plate, microwave oven).
Double bed (2 x 80cm) in the bedroom. Electric toilet and a shower.
On the upper floor in the loft, a smaller living area with a spreadable bed (2 x 80cm), a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80cm) and a single bed (90 cm).

The older cabin part is on one level. Kitchen (e.g. fridge/freezer section, microwave, and ceramic stove), fireplace, and sofa bed in the living room. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. A small sleeping loft for one on the opposite side.
You can access the spacious covered terrace, which opens toward the lake, from the wood-heated sauna through the washing/dressing room. Access to the wood-burning hot tub from the terrace.

Well-behaved indoor dogs (no cats) are allowed in the older section for an additional fee.

The plot is located close to basic services, but in your own peace at the end of the road, between the forest and the lake. The yard area is grass and slopes gently towards the beach. The beach is sandy, the lake deepens quickly, and the bottom is soft.
