Villaharju is a spacious villa situated on a large grassy plot. The villa can accommodate up to nine guests. The expansive grassy yard allows for sunlight throughout the entire day. Villaharju is located on the shore of the small and peaceful Lake Naaranen. The surroundings are tranquil, yet the services of Lavia are only 1 km away. 59 km west of Pori, Lake Naaranen 60 m, deep muddy bottom, private pier, rowing boat, and 2 SUP boards. The pier is supported on piles, so it is sturdy. There is a swimming ladder at the end of the pier, the water depth is about 2 meters. Lake Naaranen is a deep and fishy lake, which flows into the adjacent larger Lavijärvi-lake, where the municipality has an official swimming beach. The wooden villa was built in 1935, expanded in the 1970s, and renovated between 2021-2024. Well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, and the other has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. There are also two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has two beds, and the other has a 120 x 200 cm bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the hallway that converts into a 140 x 180 cm bed for two. The hallway does not have light-blocking curtains. On the ground floor, there is a baking oven and a wood stove. The upstairs fireplace is not in use. Washing room with shower and WC, electric sauna. Additionally, there is a wood-heated outdoor sauna in the yard, with water carried from the villa. The sauna has a water cauldron for heating the water. Alternatively, you can quickly hop from the sauna to the villa's shower through the side door, which leads directly to the washing room. The villa has a 100 Mbp/s 4G mobile broadband connection. Two televisions, one with a DVD player and the other with a Blueray player, also plenty of cartoon children's DVDs that can be played on both players, also board games available. In the yard, there is a wood-heated hot tub available for rent at an extra charge. The Hot tub is only available from May 1st to October 31st. The reservation period for the hot tub must be the same as the villa rental period. Charging an electric car is possible for an additional fee, using the tenant's own charging device from a regular power outlet. Please bring your own sheets and towels, as there is no bed linen rental available at this destination.
