Villa Härlax is a magnificent, seaside holiday destination, ideal for a vacationing. Note! This destination is available for families, couples and others who want to spend a peaceful holiday. This destination is not available for groups, which consist only people whose age is less than 25 years. A complex of several buildings in the Porvoo archipelago at the southern tip of the island Emäsalo. The destination has the main villa (built in 2003), outbuilding for guests and sauna by the sea. The distance to Porvoo city center is 25 km and Helsinki 67 km. There is a bridge to the island, and you can reach the villa by car. About 60 meters distance to the sea from the villa, about 40 meters distance to the sea from the sauna. The plot is in a natural state. The forest in the plot is sparse pine forest typical of the archipelago and the plot is located on the side of the evening sun. The beach is rocky and not suitable for the small children. The main villa has two floors. On the ground floor, kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 beds, another bedroom with double bed, washroom and WC. On the upper floor, lounge and bedroom with double bed (consists of two box springs, not attached together). There is a large terrace in front of the villa. In connection to the villa, there is a summer kitchen with dining facilities. Outbuilding with double bed (consisting of two box springs, not attached together). The outbuilding can be in use for approx. 1st of May until 30th October (availability depends on the weather conditions). There is an electric radiator in the outbuilding, but it has not been in winter use. The villa has a shower, but no sauna. Separate sauna by the sea with shower and comfortable living area. The rowing boat can be used freely. There is no pier on the beach.

The place is peaceful and the distance to the nearest neighbor is 100 meters. The villa has high speed Internet connection, which allows remote work in a beautiful environment. Emäsalo pilot station is 400 meters away and can be seen from the villa. Deer can be seen on the plot. The beautiful hiking area of Varlaxudden is within walking distance. Tap water comes from a well through a filter and contain high amount of ferritin, so it can occasionally have some color and taste defects. The water quality is tested, and it is safe to use as drinking water.

  Upeat maisemat, ihanat löylyt puusaunassa merinäkymällä, hyvät tilat oleskella villan sisällä sekä ulkona. Lähellä upea kävelypolku merelle missä grillikotoja. Pihalla näkyi peuroja ja rantavedessä joutsenia sekä pienempiä vesilintuja.

  Täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle lomalle luonnon keskellä. Ikkunoista ja terassilta avautuu kaunis luonto ja merimaisema. Varustelu on hyvä ja kaikki toimii.
