25 km to the south from city center of Rovaniemi, lake Pasmajärvi 25 m (length 1,2 km, width 0,6 km), shallow, sanded beach, muddy bottom in deeper, pier, own rowing boat. Log cabin (solid log, balk sawn), built in 2010. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, loft with 2 beds and 2 mattresses, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), washroom, separate WC, large terrace and balcony. Baking oven in the living room/kitchen. Hot tub can be booked separately, price is for one time use. ATTN. During winter season hot tub must be emptied after every use. Owner can help you for heating up hot tub. (Hot tub is a little bit different than in photos, but about the same size.) There is an air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality on the cabin.

Mäntypirtti is а magnificent and spacious log villa with amenities in a calm location by the lake. It's not permitted to fish in the lake Pasmajärvi. Grocery shop and bar in the village of Muurola, 1,6 km. Railway station 1,6 km. Services of Rovaniemi city center (e.g. science centers Arktikum and Pilke, Rovaniemi Art Museum – Korundi) 25 km, Ounasvaara ski centre 27 km, the Arctic circle and Santapark 33 km. Pets are not allowed. Pets have not been kept in the villa before either.

Ein schönes, helles, großzügiges Haus. Auch bei -30 Grad warm. Hochwertige und liebevolle Ausstattung. Tolle holzbeheizte Sauna mit Seeblick. Sehr freundliche und zugewandte Vermieter. Zuverlässige Schneeräumung. Loipe ca. 200m entfernt.

Lomamme Mäntypirtissä oli aivan ihana. Mökki oli kaunis ja huolella sisustettu, kaikki toimi ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Kerta kaikkiaan ihana paikka Muurolassa. Pelkkää positiivista sanottavaa! Matti ja Marja-Leena olivat todella lämminhenkisiä ja avuliaita ja heidän ansiostaan lomamme oli uskomattoman sujuva....See more
