A cross-country ski trail runs only 50 meters from the door, and snowmobile routes begin 150 meters away, so your day outdoors starts before you even grab your skis.

The apartment offers a comfortable 32 m² living space complemented by a low 22 m² loft. The loft features a 160 cm double bed for a restful night after a day of adventures. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. The living room and open-plan kitchen form a practical, inviting space with a dining area and a cozy fireplace — the perfect place to unwind in the glow of the fire.

The ground floor also includes a WC, a washroom, and an electric sauna to warm up after a cold winter day. Originally built in 1988, the apartment received a fresh new look in a 2025 renovation, blending traditional Lapland atmosphere with modern comfort.
