The semi-detached house is built in 2004. Facilities on two floors. On the upper floor (entrance floor), living room, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds and another bedroom with bunk bed. Access to the loft from the upper floor, 2 bed chairs on the loft. Very steep ladder to the loft. Access to the terrace from the upper floor.
On the ground floor, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, washroom, utility room and wardrobe. The apartment has two separate WCs, one on both floors.
The apartment can be combined with the neighboring apartment 16134 Sallan Lumous B. This makes the apartments one big entity, which is suitable, for example, for families of friends.
Steep forested slope on the side of the house. The large windows in the living room and the terrace overlook the hillside. The nature of Salla area is wonderful, rugged and beautiful.
