45 north-east of Ähtäri. Lake Jokijärvi 15 m (length 1,2 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. A pier and own boat. Log cabin 1990. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with sofabed, sauna, toilet-dressing room, shower and sauna, open veranda. Access to the toilet-dressing room both indoors and outdoors. Upstairs: bed room with 4 beds and baby cot, hall with 3 beds, balcony. Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter; client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

The cottage has an air source heat pump. Lawn between the cottage and the beach. A barbecue shelter (with charcoal grill) on the beach. Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails are also about 7 km away. Aivan mahtava viikonloppu, todella kaunis ja rauhallinen paikka, mökki on mukava, lämmin ja siisti , kaikki tarvikkeita on olemassa. Todella hyvä sauna sekä grillipaikka. Olisi kiva taas tulla sinne.

Perusmökki, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Saunassa sai tosi hyvät löylyt ja uimaan pääsi mukavasti, puhdas vesi ja matala ranta. Viihdyttiin.

Hyvä sauna. Hiekkapohjainen matala ranta. Yläkerran rappuset hankalat kulkea. Jopa vaaralliset. Rauhallisella paikalla päättyvän tien päässä.
