Downstairs: living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet-washroom, sauna and large open porch. Access to the washroom both indoors and outdoors. Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds, in lounge convertible sofa for two, balcony. Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter; client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

Cottage has heating pump/inverter air conditioning system. Between cottage and lake a grassed area. Barbeque shelter (with charcoal grill) on the shore. Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails are also about 7 km away. Vuorenmaa downhill ski slope 25 km, Ähtäri Zoo, Mesikämmen spa restaurant and Moksunniemen Golf 40 km, village shop (Keskinen) at Tuuri 60 km, Activity park Puuhapuisto Veijari 50 km (Saarijärvi).

Viihtyisä ja tyylikäs mökki kauniilla paikalla järven rannalla. Auringon laskuja ja kuunsiltaa voi ihastella sohvalta, terassilta tai laiturilta! Olimme kaveriporukka viettämässä kalastusviikonloppu. Hyvä sauna ja pesuhuone, tilava oleskelutila ja rauhallinen paikka. Ei tullut kalaa mutta muuten oli hyvä. Lyhyesti, tosi mukava paikka!
