Are you looking for peace and a little touch of history? Welcome to Tervola – just about 75 km southwest of Rovaniemi, a cozy and renovated 50 m² apartment awaits you in the heart of the old rectory.
This apartment, located in an old rectory built in 1950, was updated to modern standards in 2025, but the spirit of the old days is still palpable. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the living room also has a sofa bed – also 160 cm wide when opened. So there is room for four people to stay overnight.
The kitchen is in a separate room – just perfect for morning coffee or cooking, living room. The bathroom has a shower cabin and toilet, which is accessed from the hallway.
A peaceful backyard with a terrace and a yard swing, from where you can watch the Kemijoki River flow and listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy evening coffee on the swing accompanied by the sound of the river.
There is no sauna in the apartment. There is no swimming area in the yard, the nearest beach is about 1.3 kilometers away in the center of Tervola.
Linen is included in the rent.
Note: the tenant must clean the place when leaving (cleaning service cannot be ordered separately).
