Villa Kemijoki is a spacious house located on a sunny lawn plot near the river Kemijoki. The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Own plot to the beach. 52 km to the north from Kemi, 63 km to the southwest from Rovaniemi, Kemijoki 140 m, natural shallow beach is rocky, flat and lawn yard with plantings. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, conservatory, sauna, wood-burning sauna stove in the sauna, washroom, utility room, large entrance hall and covered terrace. On the upper floor, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, lobby area, WC and balcony.

There is a fast fiber optical Internet connection in the house. The spacious bedrooms have work desks, so Villa Kemijoki is well suited, for example, for teleworking. Piano and lots of literature. Mechanical ventilation. Own beach is not the best for swimming, better beach is village’s swimming beach, distance 500 m. There is some farmland near the house, so different kinds of farming work is done from time to time. Grazing cows can be seen in the nearby fields during the summer time. 4 bicycles are available for guests. There are small roads, suitable for cycling, in the surroundings. The river Kemijoki is suitable for ice fishing in front of the house. Kätkävaara Nature Center and nature trails 15 km. Kalli outdoor center 40 km. The outdoor center offers good opportunities for mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing and jogging. Tervola municipality center 12 km, Kemi 52 km, Tornio-Haaparanta 52 km, Rovaniemi 63 km.

We loved the Villa. The area was stunning, beautiful views all around. The first contacts with the owner were great, also during our stay. The house was well equiped, warm, comfortable and cosy. We really felt at home. It was a long drive to Rovaniemi and our Lapland activities though but it was always nice to come back in our house.
