175 km northwest of Helsinki, Lake Rutajärvi approx. 30 m (length 4 km, width 3 km), shallow, soft clay and mud bottom, jetty (also patio by the beach), also a 25 m long pier over the shallower part of the shore (sand-/clay bottom at the end of that pier). At nearest lake (boat channel) is approx. 10 m away from the cottage. Rowing boat and sup-board available. Possibility to hire electric motor to the boat for 20 €/week/reservation..

Wooden house 1938, kitchen, living room (with fireplace), bedroom with double bed, sauna (electric stove), bathroom (shower and toilet), hallway with access to the terrace. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. There is also 1 extra movable bed.

In the house there is a fireplace, air source heat pump and wood stove in the kitchen. 4G Wi-Fi also in the house.

You can ask the owner to lend you a SUP board and gas grill (the client is responsible for filling the gas bottle if necessary)

Note: There is 4 recording camera surveillance on the yard.
