Wooden 'granny cottage' 1939, renovated 1999 and 2015, living room/kitchen convertible sofabed, bedroom double bed, upstairs bedroom 2 beds, hall, bathroom (shower and toilet). Cottage has wooden heated oven, but no fireplace.
Own yard sauna (12 m²) with elec. light and cold water from hosepipe.
'Granny cottage' located at field edge on farm and yard sauna. Also site for a camp fire on the yard. Shore 150 m along road, same road used by farm people. Beach is in shared use with cottage 15062. Neighbour house (20 m) is very seldom used.
Horse riding opportunities 3 km, Äänekoski 11 km, Kartano Kievari 1 km (fishing licence for Naarakoski). Owner hires out bicycles and a lakeshore sauna located on an island (distance 300 m).
