Wooden row house apartment built in 1975, featuring a kitchenette, entrance hall, living room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that converts into an additional bed for two. One of the beds for the extra bed (75x190 cm) is on the sofa seat and the other (75 x 190 cm) is in a pull-out drawer under the sofa. Please note that the extra beds are not full-size, which is why they are only suitable for children. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. There is no sauna in the apartment. The terrace is furnished and equipped with an electric grill. This property does not offer rental bed linens or final cleaning services. Therefore, please bring your own sheets and towels, and thoroughly clean the apartment before departure. Thank you.
