Log cottage 2005, kitchen, living room alternatively 2 extra beds, bedroom 2 bunks, bedroom double bed, dressing room, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), open porch. Movable hot tub for 6 persons for rent (brought to the cottage yard); rental for several cottages, so availability should be checked in advance. Charging the electric car is allowed at extra fee (is not an official charging point).

A cozy cottage with a large sun-drenched grassy plot. From the cottage to the beach is a gently sloping hillside, on the way there is a staircase. The cottage beach faces west. The lake has clear water and diverse fish point of view. Tainio current 15 km (Finland's southernmost salmon river). The nearest boat landing place approx. 300 m away. The owner rents a 2.5 hp outboard motor, price (year 2024) 35 e/day. Satellite TV. In winter cross-country skis (3 pairs), snowshoes (2 pairs), sledges and slides available, in the common storage. With Christmas bookings a Christmas tree is provided. In summer, cottage rent includes Indian style canoe (including route map to camping place on Huhmarsaari island). If required, basic canoeing instruction can also be given at 5 €/person. Owner has programme enterprise offering several different programme options, as well as equipment for hire, e.g. outboard motors and snowmobiles (there is also a snowmobile park for children in the area). Purnu skiing centre 28 km, Himos Ski Resort approx. one hour away by road. Willa Taiga’s tepee, available all year round, is within walking distance about 2km (can also be accessed by road).These can be visited by arrangement with owner. Located at a panoramic viewpoint, the tepee also features fish baking equipment and a WC. Close to nature trail. Transportation for excursions to Willa Taiga is available by arrangement for a maximum of 16 persons per time. Close by there is also a second year-round tepee and outdoor recreation location at Huhmarsaari. Russian language services are also available.

Melko jyrkkä rinne rantaan ja nurmella koko matkalta. Saa olla varovainen ettei liukastu. Keittiössä vähän niukasti astiastoa mm. lasien ja kuppien osalta. Toisessa makkarissa olevat kerrossängyt ahtaat aikuisille sekä patjat huonot. Selkä menee helposti kipeäksi. Kuvista sai käsityksen että mökki olisi suurempi...See more

Mökki oli siisti ja tilava. Järvessä kirkas vesi ja ranta lapsille sopivan matala ja kovapohjainen. Astioita mökissä niukasti, piha-aluéet voisivat olla viihtyisämmät.
