Built in 2025, the cottage has a kitchen-living room and a fireplace in the living room. The bedroom has a double bed and the spacious loft has four beds (steep stairs to the loft). The sauna has a wood-fired stove and the washroom has a shower. The dressing room also has a washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. There is a balcony upstairs and a glazed terrace downstairs. Air source heat pump. The yard has a barbecue hut, carport, and jetty.
The shore is shallow, sandy, and gradually deepening. Jetty and boat.

The owner has two pairs of snowshoes available for rent. Rental arrangements are made directly with the owner.

A spacious, beautiful yard with plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. Savenkaita is a true bird lake with loons and swans. In the summer, cranes roam around the yard. In the winter, Savenkaita is also an excellent ice fishing spot.
There is no view of the neighbors from the yard or the shore.
