The corner balcony downstairs has a view to the north towards Kaunispää and the balcony upstairs has a view to the west. The 104 square meter apartment, built in 2012, has a living room/kitchen, TV room, 2 bedrooms, upstairs, two washrooms/WC, one of which has a sauna, two balconies and a heated garage space with a window on the ground floor. There is a shared ski care room (iron, rack, fan) on the ground floor of the housing company. Sleeping facilities: two beds (90x200 cm) in the downstairs bedroom and 2 beds (90x200 cm) in the upstairs bedroom, with a single mattress (= 180 cm double bed). Access to the balcony from the upstairs lobby area. There is a WC and sauna in the upstairs washroom. In addition to the WC, the downstairs washroom has a shower. The apartment is rented to a maximum of 4 people. NOTE! The fireplace is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on both balconies.

  We have been here twice and also this year the heating was switched lower in the day hours. it was not very warm, so we needed to buy a lot of wood (there was only enough for 1 time). And there were only few small blankets. The dishwasher was not usable, because it didn‘t close (already during our last stay few years ago). Otherwise a great apartment.
