Huoneiston tilankäyttö hyvä ja sijainti sopivalla etäisyydellä palveluista ja laduista. Sisällä muuten siistiä mutta saunan kaikkia laudetasoja ei oltu pesty kunnolla ja ne haisivat. Sauna lämpeni nopeasti.

Rauhallinen loma-asunto, vaikka sijainti oli vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupasta sekä laduista. Soveltui hyvin kahden henkilön etätyölomalle, kolmaskin henkilö olisi majoittunut mukavasti.
