Rovitaloasunto on hyvin varustettu. Makuuhuoneen sijainti ylhäällä katonrajassa on erittäin epäkäytännöllinen. Jos tupa on lämmin, makuuhuone on kuuma nukkua. Jyrkät portaat. Kuivauskaappi puuttuu. Pesutila ja sauna ovat toimivat ja keittokomero ok.

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa palvelujen ja bussipysäkin vieressä. Lyhyt matka laduille. Portaat parvelle jyrkät eivätkä sovi huonosti liikkuvalle
