A cozy and compact apartment at the end of a terraced house in Kiilopää's fell. The 31-square-meter apartment has a kitchen/living room, bathroom/toilet, sauna, loft and terrace. The cold ski maintenance room with lubrication bench shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right). Renovated in 2021. Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. Easy-to-navigate stairs to the loft with standing height. In this apartment, the price includes final cleaning. One sack of firewood is included in reservations made before 9.12.24. For reservations made after that, a sack of firewood can be reserved for an additional fee, order at least 7 days before the start of the reservation.

The apartment is equipped with set of cutlery and cookware, coffee and water kettle, toaster, hair dryer, air conditioner. Luohtimaja is a board-built 5-apartment terraced house, located in Kiilopää's fell, 16 km south of the center of Saariselkä. The ski maintenance room shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right). The Luohtimaja A1 apartment is the end apartment facing the parking lot. NOTE! Sheets and towels must be reserved no later than a week before arrival (unless you bring your own). Distance to the nearest grocery store is to the minimarket which is located at the main building of Suomen Latu Kiilopää, where also the nearest restaurant is located. Distance to the shops and restaurants in Saariselkä is 17 km.

Todella hyvällä paikalla sopivan näppärä mökki kahdelle hengelle. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi mökistä. Ladut lähti vierestä ja upea luonto lähellä.

Mökki oli aivan ihanan pieni ja söpö! Moderni keittiö ja sauna. Todella siistissä kunnossa muutenkin. Ja mikä parasta, mökissä oli tosi LÄMMIN. Ei tarvinnut palella kun tuli ulkoa sisälle. Sängyt oli ihanan pehmeät ja lämpimät peitot.

Hyvä sijainti ulkoilua ajatellen. Kaupassa käynti yms vaativat oman auton. Pieni kompakti asunto, toimiva.
