300 north from Rovaniemi, 13 km from Ivalo, located in the Ivalojoki estuary, which falls to Lake Inarijärvi. Access in summer time only by boat (1,4 km) and winter time only by skiing or snowmobile (1 km), not reachable by car. The caretaker of the cabin guides or takes client to the cabin without extra fee. The caretaker rents out a boat and outboard motor (15 hp) or snowmobile (Arctic Cat 4-stroke) and big sledge, client needs to bring the fuel himself. 100 m from the cottage to the riverside, boat landing cove, riverside is on it's natural state, the cove has got also a shallow shore with hard bottom and swimming possibility. 100 m long duckboard path from the cabin to the cove and boathouse. Cabin is built from old logs in 1988. Downstairs: living room, small kitchen, sauna, dressing room and open porch. Upstairs: 4 sleeping alcoves (sloping ceiling), one 120 cm wide bed in each alcove, and in one alcove also one single bed, a balcony. Water pipe in summer use (from June till mid October) from river to the sauna and kitchen. The water pipe may work also during winter time but it cannot be guaranteed (if not, then water has to be carried). Client has to bring drinking water with him. Sink in the small kitchen, in sauna water has to be heated by wood-heated water tank. In winter time client has to fetch water from the lake and drive it with snowscooter and sledge to the cabin and sauna, two 200 l water barrels available. The caretaker of the cabin can also bring sauna water for extra fee, please agree with him well in advance. Grill hut and campfire site on the yard, composting outhouse. A gas heated outside hot tub (gas included in the price) is available for rent as an additional service. The tub can be rented if you agree to the on-site instructions. The customer fills, heats and empties the tub himself.

WILDERNESS CABIN: Facilities in wilderness cabins can be more modest than in holiday cottages. This cabin requires outdoor attitude and skills (how to make fire, for example). If you’re not sure, please consider another option. Water is not examined yearly so boiling the drinking water before use is recommended. Car park in Koppelo boat ramp parking place, distance from car park to the cabin in summer time 1,4 km and in winter time 1 km, no heating plug for the car. Cabin is not rentable due to weak ice during spring thaw period in May and during autumn thaw period from mid October till end of November. Boat ramp for client's own boat on the shore. Veskoniemi boat ramp 6,5 km. There is also waterway access from the cabin's shore to Lake Inarijärvi, distance about 4,5 km. Fishing: License area 1580 Inarijärvi (www.eraluvat.fi), also Koppelo-Akujärvi fishing license area. Small game hunting: license area 1612 Tsarmitunturi (www.eraluvat.fi). Services in Inari 12 km, Saariselkä 42 km.

Vuokramökiksi melko paljon omistajien tavaraa ja kaapeissa parikin vuotta sitten vanhaksi mennyttä elintarviketta.   Tilava mökki ja varustus hyvä. Rantaa voisi raivata että joki näkyisi. Ei aivan inarijärvellä mutta riittävän lähellä että liukuvalla veneellä pääsee järven ottipaikoille. Autolla ei pääse pihaan vaan 1-3km veneellä mökille riippuen mistä veneen laskee.
