A small, cozy cabin in a peaceful location right by the shore of Lake Kannonjärvi. The cabin's terrace is only about 10 meters away from its own sandy beach. 90 km north of Jyväskylä, Lake Kannonjärvi 10 m, private shallow sandy beach, rowing boat, no pier. Log cabin, built in 1985, features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a combined small cooking stove (2 burners) / oven, and a microwave. The living area has a heat-storing fireplace, a dining group, a TV, and a sofa bed that converts into a bed measuring 120 x 195 cm. There is a sleeping alcove with a bed measuring 120 x 200 cm. Additionally, a foldable extra bed (80 x 200 cm) is available upon request. The foldable bed is stored at the owner's home and will be brought to the cabin upon request or if three guests are staying. The property includes an outdoor toilet and a wooden grill. The lakeside sauna features a wood-burning stove with a water pot. Water for general use is sourced from the lake. The owner provides drinking water in a 10-liter container. More water can be fetched from the owner if necessary.

The flat grassy yard is spacious, allowing the sun to shine all day long. Kannonjärvi is a fish-rich lake. You can catch perch, pike, lake salmon, whitefish, vendace, bream, and burbot from the lake. You can launch your own boat into the lake from the yard with a trailer. A sturdy rowing boat is available for use, and an electric outboard motor can be rented from the owner. The owner has domestic animals, including geese, chickens, horses, dogs, and cats, which you can visit by arrangement. Riding is possible for an additional fee. Arrangements for riding and visiting the animals can be made with the owner on-site. The owner also rents out strollers and wagons. Pets are allowed, but they must be kept leashed while outside. Note: Bed linens are not provided, so please bring your own sheets and towels.
