Asunto on hyvällä paikalla, rauhallisella alueella hieman Levin keskustan ulkopuolella. Hiihtolatu menee ihan vieressä ja eturinteen hissille lyhyt kävelymatka. Asunto on myös hyvin varusteltu ja siistissä kunnossa.
