Huoneiston sijainti on erinomainen: kaikki palvelut ovat lähellä, silti asunto on hyvin rauhallinen. Huoneisto on hyvin varusteltu, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Lämmin autohallipaikka on iso bonus.
