A stylish cottage build 2022 near the center of Äkäslompolo, in the Kaupinjärvi area. Total area 85 m². Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and the other with two single beds (80x200cm). Kitchen, living room, separate toilet and bath room with washing machine, shower and electric sauna. Drying rack for clothes. A parking space for two cars along the courtyard. The distance from the parking lot to the cottage is approx. 40 m. You can drive to the yard of the cottage for unloading the car. Other: 2 pairs of snowshoes, a kick sled.
