Three-story apartment building by Polar Charm housing company was completed in September 2023 on the southern slope of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort. This ground-floor apartment features a living room/kitchen, a sliding door bedroom with two separate beds (can be combined into a double bed), an alcove with a bunk bed for two, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate WC. The entrance hall has a drying cabinet. The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies. Kohteessa on sähköauton latauspiste ´Plugit´, käyttö maksetaan erikseen apin kautta, käyttöohjeet mökillä. Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage.

The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approximately 5 km away.

From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.

  Mukava uusi loma-asunto. Rinne aivan vieressä. Hyvät tilat alakerrassa suksien säilytykseen ja huoltoon lämpimissä tiloissa. Kattava ja laadukas varustelu keittiössä. Oma sauna, vaikka pienikin, on ihana!
