Three-story apartment building by Polar Charm housing company was completed in September 2023 on the southern slope of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort. In this second-floor apartment, there is a combined living room/kitchen, a bedroom with sliding door, featuring two separate beds (combined into a double bed), and an alcove with a bunk bed for two. Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower WC and drying cabinet. Also, a separate WC. The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies. Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles from the car heating sockets is prohibited.

The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approx. 5 km away.

From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.
