40 km northeast of Kolar, Ylläsjärvi approx. 4 km, beach approx. 4.5 km. Completed in 2019, a 3rd floor holiday apartment with a space of 42.5 m². The apartment has a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for 1-2 persons, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom/toilet, a sauna (electric stove). The building company has a shared warehouse with a laundry room (washing machine and 2 clothes drying cabinets) and a ski-lubricating rack for free use by the residents. In addition, apartment-specific cage storage, e.g. for storing skis. Internet connection: Fiber optic 200/200 Mbps, WiFi6. IPTV: Maxivision basic package. Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling. Note An electric car can be charged from a heating pole with a current of 8 A between 00:00 and 16:00.

Ylälänsi is a cozy three storey loft house in a calm area nearby ski slopes and ski trails. There are 11 apartments in the house. The closest ski lift is Länsiraja (check opening hours www.yllas.fi). Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen can be rented. Pets are not allowed.
From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.
