Asunto siisti, varustelu hyvä. Ikkunoihin tarvitaan pimennys verhot. Portaikon melu ulkoa kantautuu yllättävän kovasti sisälle asuntoon. Suurin puute ettei kiinteistöllä ole sähköautojen lataus mahdollisuutta. Saunan kiuas olisi uusimisen tarpeessa ja termostaatin sijainti seinälle.
