Hiihtäjille erinomaisella paikalla aivan latujen vieressä.

Asunto on moderni, siisti, viihtyisä ja kaikin puolin erinomainen. Parantamisen varaa on keittiössä, ilmeisesti lavuaarista peräisin oleva homeen haju on häiritsevä. Makuuhuoneen kaksi tyynyä ja petauspatjat olivat kellastuneita eli voisi vaihtaa hygieenisempiin.

Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu, hieman kylmät huoneet, seinäkellosta olisi ollut hyötyä kuin myös tauluista tms. seinille - hieman kaikui.
