20 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, Mustalampi pond 100 m, shallow sandy bottom beach, pier. Length of the beach is about 60 m and it's in shared use with 3 other cottages. Rowing boat, 2 canoes and pedal boat in shared use. Log-panelled cottage, built in 1989, bedroom with bunk bed (160 cm wide lower bed and 120 cm wide upper bed), combined kitchen/living room room with convertible bed, electric sauna. Pets allowed at extra fee.

Caravan or motorhome allowed for extra accommodation, payment 10 / booking period (payment to be agreed with the owner). Additional information: Distance 2.5 km from the cottage to the official skiing track (connecting track from the cottage). Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
