45 km to the north from Varkaus, lake Koirus 30 m, own pier and rowing boat, shallow gravel-bottomed beach that deepens quickly. Log cabin (1983), living room (sofa bed 140x190 cm, bed for one), kitchenette. Two sleeping alcoves, each with two beds. Sauna (wood-burning sauna stove and shower in the sauna). Firewood storage and outdoor toilet in separate yard building. Pets allowed, an extra fee will be applied / pet, maximum two pets at a time. Pets are not on the beds or sofa. Please contact the owner if you arrive with an electric car or a mobile home; an additional charge of 5 e/day is paid to the owner (heating pole available, no official charging point). Bicycles and an outboard motor can be rented from the owner.

Lawn and spacious yard area sloping to the beach. In front of the cabin, there is a waterway that becomes narrow when running through strait Arkkusalmi. The yard of the cabin is a nice place to observe boat traffic. The cabin can be booked from June to September. The owner has 10 cabins in total within two kilometers radius, so there is plenty of accommodation space in the same area by booking several cabins at the same time. The cabins can be seen on the Lomarengas website via the map link. Oravikoski 8 km, Leppävirta 24 km, Vesileppis spa 24 km, Kuopio 42 km, Varkaus 45 km.
