70 km to the west from Tampere, close to the center of Lavia, on the north shore of lake Naaranen, a large, 174m² log cabin which can comfortably accommodate two families. This property consists of two separate cabins, connected by a covered and fully glazed porch area, which offers dining space even for larger groups. The newer cabin part, 95m², has two floors and was completed in 2021. Bright living room with a heat storing fireplace. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, induction hot plate, microwave oven). Double bed (2 x 80cm) in the bedroom. Electric toilet and a shower. On the upper floor in the loft, a smaller living area with a spreadable bed (2 x 80cm), a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The older cabin part is on one level. Kitchen (e.g. fridge/freezer section, microwave, and ceramic stove), fireplace, and sofa bed in the living room. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. A small sleeping loft for one on the opposite side. You can access the spacious covered terrace, which opens toward the lake, from the wood-heated sauna through the washing/dressing room. Access to the wood-burning hot tub from the terrace. Well-behaved indoor dogs (no cats) are allowed in the older section for an additional fee. The plot is located close to basic services, but in your own peace at the end of the road, between the forest and the lake. The yard area is grass and slopes gently towards the beach. The beach is sandy, the lake deepens quickly, and the bottom is soft.

The tenant can use SUP boards (2 pcs), a trampoline, a rowing boat, and an electric smoker. Life jackets for 2 adults and 2 children available. A wood-burning hot tub can be reserved for an additional price, including instructions for use. Payment/accommodation reservation. Right next to the plot, wonderful outdoor activities all year round. 500 m to the jogging trail, there is also a Frisbee golf course and a ski slope illuminated in winter. There is a filtration fabric placed on the beach, approximately 10 meters from the waterline. The bottom gently deepens from the level of the pier and beyond. At the end of the long pier, the swimming ladder has about 1.3 - 1.4 m of water. The deepest point of the lake in the area is less than 5 m. The lake is a so-called headwater lake that flows into lake Lavijärvi, where the town's beach is located. There is a natural spring with very good water on the cabin plot (50 m from the cabin). Well water has high iron and manganese concentrations (taste, color) and is not recommended as drinking water. Note! The property is rented only to families, couples, and others who want to spend a peaceful vacation. The property is not rented to groups of people under the age of 25.
