Huoneistolta on lyhyt matka laduille ja rinteeseen. Huoneisto on myös hyvin varusteltu ja kaikki tarvittavat välineet kokkailuun löytyy. Myös kuivauskaappi ja suksivarasto tulivat tarpeeseen.
