Electrified cabin on River Ounasjoki bank. 75 km north from Rovaniemi, River Ounasjoki 30 m (width 150 m), slope from the cabin to the riverside, riverside is in natural state, water level varies, flowing water, rent boat. Rapid Molkokönkäänkoski 2 km, rapids both upstream and downstream. Good location for fishermen. Possible to get a fishing guide. Fishing license included in price. More info from the owner. Log cabin, inside paneled, built in 2012. Combined kitchen-livingroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, covered terrace. Separate sauna building, electric sauna, wash room, dressing room and extra room (third bedroom) with single bed and wood burning stove. A little electric water heater in the wash room. Floor heating in sauna building. Cabin and sauna building has connected terrace. Water to the cabin and sauna has to be fetched from standpipe on cabins yard (municipal water supply).

Composting outdoor toilet. Stock of fish: grayling, trout, whitefish and pike. Ounasjoki lure fishing area (www.ounasjoki.fi). River Meltausjoki fishing license area 23 km (No. 2561). Small game hunting areas: 2614 Meltaus and 2613 Maunu. Rovaniemi and Sport Centre Ounasvaara 75 km, Kittilä 75, Levi 93 km. WILDERNESS CABIN: Cabin is not preheated before customer`s arrival. However, the cottage has a basic heat in winter time (+7-10°C). Due to long distances maintenance can not check the cabin after all customers. If the destination is not cleaned on there are deficiencies, please contact the caretaker immediately on arrival.

  Kaunis ja tilava, nopeasti lämpiävä hirsimökki ihanalla, rauhaisalla paikalla. Hyvinvarusteltu ja toimiva keittiö. Kiva, kun saunaan pääsi terassin kautta. Mukava grillipaikka.
