Tilava ja rauhallinen asunto 8 henkilölle, kesällä on sekä luonnonrauhaa että läheinen Kuusamontie, jonka äänet kuuluvat jonkin verran, varsinkin jos ikkunat on auki, ei haitannut meitä. 3 kerrosta ja portaita on paljon, mutta sisääntulokerroksessa on oma wc, jossa on myös pienehkö suihkukoppi.
