A cozy log cabin on the shore of Lake Saimaa, by a large ridge, with a magnificent view! Located 50 km northeast of Savonlinna, on the Orivesi/Paasselkä shore, the beach is slightly deeper, mainly rocky, gravel/stone bottom at the beach, rowing boat available. Kontiotuote log cabin built in 2010, with a spacious living room/kitchen with a high ceiling creating a sense of space. Downstairs there are two separate bedrooms, which provide nice privacy and peace also for rest. Both bedrooms have double beds. The laundry room has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The spacious loft, accessed by steep stairs, has two separate beds. Large covered balcony/terrace facing the shore with a beautiful view of Lake Saimaa. There is a separate beach sauna on the shore, with a fireplace, the sauna is heated by a wood-burning stove, a shower, a small porch. The sauna has electricity and running hot and cold water. A kitchenette in the barbecue shelter, for preparing delicious meals even in rainy weather. There is also a composting toilet on the shore in addition to the cottage's indoor toilet. Part of the large yard area is lawn and part is in natural space. There are boardwalks from the cottage's terrace/balcony to the beach sauna and the beach. Please note that after rain the boardwalks can be slippery. NOTE! There is no television at this location, so you can also take a digital vacation here if you wish! Two bicycles are available, which allows you to move around the area effortlessly while enjoying the outdoors. Reservations begin at 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Part of the large yard area is grass-covered, while another part is in its natural state. Raikuu Bunker Station 8 km, Savonranta 29 km, Kerimäki 30 km, Savonlinna 50 km, Kitee 50 km, Helsinki 380 km. The cabin is available for reservations approximately from mid-June to the end of October.
