40 km east of Helsinki, Gulf of Finland (sea) 50 m, shallow, hard sand bottom, own boat and canoe (by the seaside sauna's pier). Wooden chalet 2009, living room/kitchen sofa bed, bedroom 2 beds , bedroom 2 beds , sauna (electric), bathroom with shower and WC. Area of the cottage is about 65 m². Garage in the same building is in owner's own use, available upon prior request. Separate lakeshore sauna 1930, renovated 2002 (from chalet 50 m, from shore 10 m) wood-burning stove, shower in sauna, sauna rest room, electric light and heating, terrace. Sauna located in the vicinity of the owner's villa. Summer kitchen (about 20 m²), where gas grill, cupboard, dining table and armchair. The summer kitchen is on the left side when coming out of the house. Kindly clean the grill immediately after use to avoid fire risk.

Note! Normal price includes accommodation for max. 4 persons. Max. 2 additional persons can come, but there is a fee 15 € / person / night which must be paid on the spot by cash / even money. Chalet is not suitable for disabled guests. Chalet located on high forested solid rock, yard has slabs. From corner of chalet steps down to seashore sauna, other chalet (number 8173), and owner’s house. Catering services available by separate agreement. Owner rents out large seashore sauna. Also mountain bikes for rent. Bikes must be booked in advance from the owner. Owner rents out by arrangement / By separate payment smoke sauna and hot tub (should be booked in advance and paid to the owner directly). Smoke sauna available only from Monday till Friday. Opportunity for fishing with traditional rod and line throughout the summer. Fly fishing only from July onwards. Fishing license can be bought on https://verkkokauppa.eraluvat.fi/en/fisheries-management-fee/ Own 2 km long walking/jogging trail in forest next to chalet. Mushroom and berry picking on owner’s 3-ha plot. Nevas riding stables 7 km, Talma Ski 20 km, Porvoo 20 km, Nevas Golf 7 km, Kulloo Golf 7 km. NOTE! If you plan to bring a motorhome with you, you need to contact sales prior booking. There is a separate charge per night for it. In that case, please add additional service "Additional expenses " per night.

  Mökin huonekalut näytti olevan sellaista, mitä on omasta kodista siirretty mökkiin varastoitavaksi sen sijaan että ne olisi viety kaatopaikalle. Astioita aivan liikaa, muttei viinilaseja. Kulkureitit esim. saunaan voisi olla karttakuvana mökissä sekä ohjekyltteinä reittien varrella.

  Overall experience is good. Great location and nature around. Very nice owner and a lot of different experiences on site sauna, boat, fishing, hiking, swiping, berries and etc. The house is ok for family max 4 people.
