Villa is made of deadwood-patterned concrete elements. This destination is unique, designed for Koli Holiday Home Fair held in 2006. Villa is located in Loma-Koli holiday area. There are separate fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen + combined fridge-freezer in the hall. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 8,5 km. Owner is entitled to charge a security deposit of €150 from the client in advance to cover possible damages or the non-performance of obligations on the part of the client. The owner will return the security deposit to the client's bank account after the reservation. Damage repairs and the cost of extra cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Reservation starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00.

Mökki oli isolle porukalle oikein sopiva paikka lomailla. Kaikille löytyi tarvittaessa omaatilaa. Yllätyimme iloisesti, että koko porukka mahtui saunomaan kerralla. Hieno ja viihtyisä huvila lomailuun.
